Recruitment & HR Consulting Sales

Employment Type: Traineeship (3–6 months, convertible to full-time)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives in recruitment and HR consulting services.
• Support end-to-end recruitment consulting projects, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and client advisory.
• Engage prospective clients to understand HR outsourcing needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations to support sales activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales pipeline, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with HR operations and payroll teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree/diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Interest in HR consulting, recruitment processes, and business development.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed) is advantageous.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and eager to develop consultative sales expertise.
