Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can independently drive the delivery of technical hiring in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environments.

The role will primarily support hiring activities in Singapore across highly specialized manufacturing technology and engineering projects. Over time, the scope may expand to support international hiring requirements across Europe and the USA.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, understands technical hiring environments, and can build strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding, including continued candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Work closely with internal business and delivery teams to understand hiring priorities and project requirements, and delivery expectations
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across technical and engineering domains
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, market mapping, LinkedIn, referrals, and other strategic channels
• Handle niche and specialized hiring requirements within Life Sciences Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing environments
• Manage candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding support
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS systems, and hiring reports with clear pipeline visibility
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within hiring and talent acquisition processes
• Adapt sourcing and hiring strategies based on market conditions, urgency, and role complexity
• Contribute towards strengthening AMTSOL’s employer branding and talent network within the Life Sciences industry

Requirements

• 3–6 years of recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring ownership
• Prior experience supporting hiring within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technical environments is preferred
• Strong sourcing capability with experience handling niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Good understanding of technical hiring landscapes and market dynamics
• Strong stakeholder management & candidate negotiation skills
• Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and open-sourcing platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
• Individual Contributor mindset with strong accountability and ownership
