RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience specializing in hiring junior-level technology and support professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for roles such as Desktop Support Engineers, Helpdesk Analysts, IT Support Executives, Service Desk Analysts, Technical Support Representatives, Testers, Business Analysts, KYC, PMO, PM and Customer Care Executives among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for junior IT and customer support roles through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Recruit for positions including: Desktop Support Engineer Helpdesk Executive IT Support Engineer Service Desk Analyst Technical Support Executive Customer Support Executive Customer Care Executive IT Operations Support

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
• Experience hiring for junior-level IT support and customer service roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing through LinkedIn, foundit, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in IT staffing, BPO, shared services, or managed services environments.
• Exposure to volume hiring and quick turnaround recruitment.
