RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles.
• Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and industry developments.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
