• Position Title: Recruitment Consultant/ Recruiter
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
• Salary: Basic up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + Objective Bonus
• Duration: Full-time and Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Using cutting-edge I/O Psychology and technology tools to source, screen, and present top talent.
• Conducting interviews and discussions to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Providing insightful market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Collaborating closely with our team from both the recruitment and IT departments to innovate and enhance our recruitment strategies.
• Staying updated on current employment legislation and regulations.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• While individuals with 1-2 years in HR/ Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition will have an advantage, we're particularly receptive to those new to the field and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
• If you currently don't possess a CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification, you should be willing to undertake the exam and obtain it.
