Recruitment Consultant

Location: 3 Shenton Way, #07-08, Singapore 068805

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Upon successful completion of probation and achievement of daily KPI, working hours will be adjusted to 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent positions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and client engagement
• Advertise job vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
• Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job responsibilities, remuneration, and benefits
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles and resumes to clients
• Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates
• Follow up on interview outcomes and hiring progress with clients and candidates
• Negotiate employment terms, salary packages, and placement arrangements
• Advise clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and career development
• Perform recruitment-related administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• CEI certification is an advantage
• Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
