What You'll Do

• Develop and grow your own client portfolio through business development and relationship management.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on Technology hiring trends and market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to successful placements.
