Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
Conduct HR orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Ensure all employment documentation is accurately processed and filed.
Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance
Handle all work pass applications and processes
Manage timely renewals, cancellations, and updates of work passes.
Serve as the key point of contact for work pass queries from employees and authorities.
Stay updated on changes in MOM regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
OFWAS (Online Foreign Workers Address Service)
Maintain accurate and timely address updates for foreign workers in the OFWAS system.
Support foreign employees with address registrations and updates.
MWOC (Migrant Worker Onboarding Centre)
Coordinate the onboarding of migrant workers through the MWOC process.
Guide workers through documentation requirements and ensure timely submission to MOM portals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 3 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and HR operations.
In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and MOM policies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in handling confidential information with integrity.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
