Job Description - Recruitment Officer

Job Scope:
- Learn the specifics of what the new opening position entails, meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on job site; contacting recruiters,
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying candidate resumes.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Arranging interviews 
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
- Preparing of company contract.
Jobs Requirements:
- Min Diploma Holders and above
- Singaporeans and PR only
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint
