Regional HR Generalist

The Opportunity:

• Permanent role
• Work location: Tai Seng
• Work hours: 830am - 530pm
• Up to $6,000, AWS

Adecco is proud to partner with a leading German family-owned provider of industrial machine needles. Join the team as a HR Generalist, where you'll provide support to Asia Pacific employees. This role reports directly to the Vice President of HR Asia Pacific.

The Job

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees within your portfolio.
• Review payroll before processing.
• Provide HR advice to line managers.

The Talent

• Minimum 3 years of regional HR experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the HR team.
