Regional HR Manager

Based in Singapore, you will manage and assist as below:

• Human resource (HR) matters relating to new office setup resources

• Partner with regional GM/VP and Managers on HR initiatives

• Manage regional HR projects, digitalization, process improvements, and change management.

• Assist in initial talent acquisition activities for new countries

• Assist in talent management, workforce planning and talent retention

• Support expatriate management, including relocation, onboarding and cultural integration

• Manage employee relations

• Oversee regional performance management framework, ensuring consistency and fairness across offices

• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation and productivity

• Act as HRBP for team/department assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should possess below requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree majoring in human resource management or law

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience

• Ability to work as a team
