Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning.
Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management.
Act as HR business partner to regional leaders and provide HR advisory support.
Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across APAC.
Support workforce planning, HR analytics, engagement surveys, and HR KPI tracking.
Requirement:
At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or related
At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
At least 5 years of regional experience in APAC
Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts as this role supports APAC region which includes China & Taiwan
Estimated 20% of business travelling is required
