$6,000 - 8,000 monthly

Job Description - Regional HRIS Manager

The client is a globally recognized industry leader in manufacturing, oil & gas, or chemicals, with operations across more than 10locations worldwide.

Given the urgency of the role, candidates who areproficient in Chinese and based in Singapore will be given priority. Candidates with experience in European or Japanese manufacturing MNCs are preferred.

Objectives:

·       Own the HRIS roadmap and technologystrategy across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global HRtransformation initiatives.

·       Evaluate emerging HR technologies andrecommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience,and HR service delivery.

·       Establish governance frameworks,system standards, security controls, and best practices across all HRtechnology platforms.

Regional HRIS Manager - (WEST, SG)

HRIS Implementation& Project Management

Lead and manage regional HRIS projectsfrom start to finish, including planning, budgeting, risk management, andgovernance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and ensuresmooth testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

HRSystems Administration

Oversee the management and optimizationof HRIS platforms across multiple modules, including system configuration,workflows, access controls, and security. Ensure reliable performance, dataintegrity, and overall system availability

DigitalTransformation & Process Improvement

Lead HR digital transformation byautomating processes, optimizing workflows, and standardizing operations.Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with technology and drivecontinuous improvements based on user feedback and business needs.

HR Data & Analytics

Develop HR dashboards and managementreports to deliver actionable workforce insights and support workforceplanning. Ensure HR data is accurate and consistent, and partner with HRleadership to provide data-driven recommendation

TechnicalSkills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR Technology, HR Operations Systems, or HR Digitalization within a multinational or regional environment.
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS implementation, system enhancements, upgrades, or digital transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand or other enterprise HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of HR systems administration, HR data management, reporting, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, IT, business users, and external vendors.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Engineering sectors will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, HR analytics, or reporting tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) will be an added advantage to support communication with regional stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region as required.
