Qualifications & experience

• Min GCE "O" Level qualification and above
• Able to work independently and remotely when required
• Preferably with Certificate of Intermediaries License (CEI) or willing to take for the mentioned course
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients and oversea counterpart who can converse in Mandarin only.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide end to end recruitment process (360)
• Secure new clients & job positions
• Draft up job advertisements, posting on career portals
• Assessing candidates' applications and shortlist for prospective clients
• Coordinate interview arrangement and ensure candidates are well-prepared
• Ensure sales closures to achieve sales target

Benefits

• Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (WFH, as and when required)
• Basic from $2700 up to $3000 (commensurate based on experiences) + Attractive Incentive
• Medical Benefits + Annual leave starting from 14 days
