Sales Recruiter / Trainee

This job role covers:

1. Perform business development and acquire new clients' accounts
2. Develop strong clients’ accounts and service existing business to achieve KPI
   Assist clients in recruitment needs and provide professional advice to achieve effective hiring
   Solutions selling of recruitment services which include executive searches, permanent and contract recruitment solutions and consultancy services.
3. Perform full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate assessment to arranging for interviews and presenting the offer
   Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.
   Engage in the full cycle of the recruitment process
4. Fully accountable for own clients’ accounts
5. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
6. Negotiate terms & offers between client companies and successful candidates
7. Work with various partners for placement opportunities.
   Prompt update of candidates’ database system.
8. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
9. Attractive commission

Job Requirements
1) NITEC and/or other related fields.
2) Have strong interest in Recruitment, Career Advisory and Employment Landscape.
3) Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
4) Customer service-oriented, target driven to meet KPIs.
