Semiconductor HR Manager Up to $6000AWS 5 Days Kranji -ZH

Salary: Up to $6000+AWS
Location: Kranji
Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am-6.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to support business growth and hiring needs.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and administer the Payboy HRIS for payroll, leave, attendance, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, work pass administration, and company HR policies.
• Develop and enhance HR policies and procedures, oversee statutory reporting, employee insurance, and support internal audit compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
