Senior HR

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment activities and support HR operations within the organisation. The role will work closely with hiring managers to support manpower planning and hiring needs within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
• Handle recruitment for technical, project-based, and site operational roles
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers on manpower requirements
• Administer work pass matters (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in compliance with MOM regulations
• Support onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation
• Coordinate expatriate accommodation and worker dormitory arrangements
• Handle insurance matters including WICA claims and policy renewals
• Support payroll processing, statutory submissions, and annual HR exercises
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting

Key Requirements:

• 4–6 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
• Experience handling work passes, payroll support, and HR operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
