We are hiring a Senior HR Associate to be the backbone of our people function. This is not a policy-maintenance role. We want someone who knows Singapore employment law cold, can keep our HR operations running without hand-holding, and is the person employees trust when something goes wrong.
You will report directly to the Chief of Staff and operate with high autonomy. The team is small. The work is real. Every process you build and every issue you resolve will be felt across the company.
Own compliance. You are the company's authority on MOM regulations, the Employment Act, CPF, WICA, and work pass frameworks — EP, S Pass, and beyond. When legislation changes, you are the first to know and the first to act. You run internal audits, and keep the company clean before issues surface, not after.
Keep HR operations running. You own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, confirmations, payroll coordination, and offboarding. Records are audit-ready. Policies and the employee handbook reflect both the law and where the company actually is. Nothing falls through the cracks because you are the one watching.
Be the person employees trust when it matters. Concerns, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts — you handle them with calm, fairness, and full compliance with MOM guidelines. You are not the person who escalates everything upward. You are the person who walks in, listens, and resolves.
