Job summary
HR Business Partner role in a reputable Telco company Responsible for driving people plans and aligning processes to business strategy Work closely with business head and HRD
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Provide advice on people issues and influence business decisions • Drive people programs and initiatives that create competitive advantage • Develop key capabilities and manage talent • Create a desired culture and high-performance organization • Enhance employee engagement and drive actions from annual survey • Collaborate and support HRD and HR team members
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business • Minimum 8 years of HRBP experience in a technology industry preferred
