Description
The Senior Executive is responsible for managing and handling full spectrum of recruitment activities while ensuring the right placement of candidates to achieve the Company’s overall strategic and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the organization’s global recruitment activities to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards
• Liaise with functional managers to develop and implement local and global recruitment strategies that are appropriate for their business need
• Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employees’ turnover trends to recommend changes to the organization’s recruitment strategies
• Ensure that organization and government standards on recruitment practices are met
• Establish recruitment budgets, plan, polices, and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies
• To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
