Senior HR Executive (Central/ Up to $4,800)

Job Summary:

Experienced HR professional to drive recruitment and HR operations while supporting business growth and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs and hiring strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring cycle
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage job advertisements across platforms
• Support onboarding activities and conduct new hire orientation
• Prepare and maintain employment documents, including contracts and letters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll coordination and monthly HR administrative processes
• Track probation reviews, contract renewals, and leave administration
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Singapore employment regulations
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programmes
• Address employee enquiries and provide HR guidance
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends
• Contribute to HR process improvements and policy updates
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required

Requirements

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in full-spectrum HR, including recruitment and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and HR administration
• Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience handling work pass applications and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting both frontline (e.g. F&B or retail) and corporate hiring is an added advantage
