Job Description

Payroll, Attendance & Leave Administration

• Manage attendance and leave records across group companies and plants for approximately 270 employees.

• Prepare and process two monthly payroll cycles, validating attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave offsets and final salaries; prepare overtime and cost reports for Plant General Managers.

• Administer foreign worker levy, IRAS tax filings, statutory leave and government claims, medical insurance claims and IHP registration or termination.

Employee Lifecycle & Work Pass Administration

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding administration, including documentation, system and access registration, personnel records, benefit proration and confirmation tracking.

Claims, Reporting & HR Systems

• Verify and process employee expense and benefit claims, including reimbursements, mileage, flexible benefits and taxi fares.

• Prepare manpower reports, maintain Group organisation chart, and compile labour budget reports for plant management and Group Finance.

• Maintain accurate records across SharePoint, Excel and HR systems; support SAP user registration, procurement and payment requests.

Compliance & General HR Support

• Respond to operational HR enquiries and support Employment Act compliance checks, ISO or internal audits and other HR administration as required.

• Ad Hoc Project

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of relevant HR operations and payroll experience in Singapore, preferably supporting a sizeable or multi-entity workforce.

• Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime administration, with good knowledge of CPF, IRAS, Foreign Worker Levy, and statutory claims.

• Practical experience in handling Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM processes.

• Payroll experience in the manufacturing, chemical, engineering, or plant environment would be highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with the InfoTech and/or Whyze HR systems would be advantageous.

• Strong numerical accuracy, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work independently under recurring monthly deadlines.
