Senior HR Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support full-spectrum HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding processes (e.g., orientation and organization chart updates)
• Assist in managing performance evaluation systems (e.g., HRIQ), including change requests and new employee data input
• Coordinate work pass and dependent pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through external agents
• Administer employee insurance matters, including onboarding, offboarding, annual review, and renewals
• Arrange medical and health screening processes for expatriate employees
• Prepare and submit surveys required by government agencies (e.g., MOM, JCCI, SNEF)
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Provide administrative support for corporate secretarial functions
• Manage internship programs, including coordination and tracking
• Support HR projects and general administrative functions as assigned

Requirements:
[Must-Have]

• 5–7 years of experience in HR generalist functions, including payroll administration
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and experience working in cross-cultural environments

[Advantage]

• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., QuickHR, HRIQ) and digital/automation initiatives is an added advantage
