Basic up to $5,200 + AWS bonus + Variable Bonus

Job responsibilities:

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for our retail business in Singapore.
This role will initially focus on strengthening day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and workforce administration while working closely with store operations.
As the organization continues to grow, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to building and improving employee training and development programs, together with management.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to play an active role in building the HR function of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations (Primary Focus)
• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and administration
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding
• Handle attendance management, leave administration, employee records, payroll and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes
• Work closely with store managers and management to resolve day-to-day HR matters
• Support manpower planning and workforce management

2. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Support manpower planning for retail operations
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment

3. Employee Relations & Store Support
• Build strong relationships with retail employees and management
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Provide practical HR advice to store managers
• Understand operational challenges by working closely with retail stores
• Promote a positive and collaborative working culture

4. Training & Organizational Development
(Future Development Opportunity)
• Support the development of training materials and SOPs
• Work with management to identify training needs
• Assist in improving onboarding and staff development programs
• Contribute ideas for future learning and development initiatives
• Help establish career development pathways as the business expands

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of HR Generalist experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience in the retail/F&B industry.
• Experience covering multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR operations
• Experience supporting frontline employees is highly preferred
• Experience in Training & Development is advantage
