Senior HR Lead / HR Director

About our client
Our client is a fast-growing consumer group with two active business units in Singapore — one an established, stable operation, the other in a high-growth expansion phase. This role sits at the group level, overseeing HR strategy and execution across both entities.

What You'll Own

• Full HR strategy and manpower planning across two business units
• Lead and reshape an existing HR team, raising capability and pace of execution
• Drive HR process improvement, including leveraging AI tools to streamline internal workflows
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations (Employment Act, CPF, work pass/quota management, PDPA, workplace fairness)
• Build out scalable HR infrastructure to support the group's next growth phase, including future expansion into other region

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading HR functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving change without heavy precedent
• Strong grasp of Singapore employment law and compliance; candidates without direct local experience but with a fast learning curve will be considered
• Prior exposure to consumer, tech, or manufacturing sectors preferred
