Job Description - Senior HR Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking for HR Manager to lead andoversee our human resources functions. The HR Manager will play a key role indriving people strategies, ensuring compliance with Singapore employmentregulations, and building a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and review HR policies andprocedures in line with local employment laws.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforceplanning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

· Oversee compensation, benefits, and payrolladministration in compliance with statutory requirements.

· Drive performance management processes, includingappraisals, feedback, and employee development plans.

· Provide HR advisory support to management andemployees on all HR-related matters.

· Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, andgrievance handling.

· Design and implement learning & developmentinitiatives to support staff growth.

· Lead employee engagement programs to foster apositive workplace culture.

· Prepare HR reports, track KPIs, and provide insightsto senior management for decision-making.

· Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work passapplications/renewals, and other statutory submissions.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of HR experience and atleast 5 years of managing role.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HRbest practices.

· Proven track record in recruitment, employeerelations, and HR policy implementation.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,both in English (and Chinese if required for business needs).

· Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, anddecision-making skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of aleadership team.

· Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint).

· Certification (e.g., IHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be anadvantage.
