Company Description

Our client is a fast-growing global technology company with Singapore serving as its international headquarters for operations outside of China.

As the business continues to expand across the region, they are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function in Singapore and partner closely with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Singapore office.
• Oversee Compensation & Benefits administration and support rewards-related initiatives.
• Partner with global HR Centres of Excellence on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HRIS initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Support regional HR initiatives, including partnering with stakeholders supporting a large manufacturing operation in Thailand.
• Develop and enhance HR policies, processes, and programmes to support business growth.
• Contribute to building and scaling the HR function as the organization continues its regional expansion.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure across the full spectrum of HR.
• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Regional HR exposure is advantageous.
• Experience supporting engineering, technology, manufacturing, or industrial businesses will be an advantage.
