Senior HR Officer (Recruitment // Central)

Our client, is a MNC located at Central Region looking for suitable talents to join their dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle talent acquisition (recruitment, retention, engagement etc)
• In charge of learning and development function (TNA, training arrangement and follow up)
• In charge of onboarding and offboarding for employees
• Verify and process confidential payments
• Assist expatriates on housing, relocation and other matters
• Manage company driver and vehicle
• Liaison with corporate secretary
• Other ad hoc duties may be assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources
• 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Officer
• Should be meticulous and analytical
• Able to work independently and take on different tasks and in under pressure
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
