Senior HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition/Manufacturing/West)

Reporting to CHRO, this new position will manage the full-cycle hiring process in the Singapore factory, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen qualified candidates, and guide them through interviews and salary negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferred
• 5 years’ relevant experience as a talent acquisition specialist; preferably with experiences in large manufacturing/engineering companies
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task through a systematic approach
• Office Location: Joo Koon |Monday to Friday onsite
