Senior Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Human Resource Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions and support business objectives through effective people management practices.

Salary: $3,500 – $4,200
Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Flexible working arrangements available)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
• Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, leave administration, and statutory submissions
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and prepare management reports
• Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a full-spectrum HR role
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
