We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist who enjoys improving HR operations, supporting employees, and building scalable people processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growing organisation and wants to strengthen employee experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
Your Role in Human Resources
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates
- Prepare employment-related documents while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes across departments
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and hiring processes with managers
- Support probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives
- Improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency
Payroll, Compliance & HR Administration
- Support payroll preparation, leave administration, and HR reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook documentation
- Monitor HR records and reporting accuracy
Employee Experience & Culture
- Support employee engagement programmes and internal initiatives
- Handle employee enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist managers with employee relations matters and HR guidance
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with TMU values
Process Improvement & Team Support
- Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and workflows
- Develop HR templates, documentation, and operational resources
- Mentor junior HR or administrative team members
- Support business leaders with HR operational advice
Marketing Support
- Participate in group videos, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage
- Appear in brand visuals, reels, and storytelling initiatives
- Assist with social media coordination related to events
- Contribute to internal communications and company brand presence
- Support creation of content for marketing and brand purposes, ensuring alignment with TMU’s guidelines
Continuous Improvement & Creativity
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experience and client engagement
- Identify opportunities for improvement in event execution and processes
- Share learnings with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Support internal coordination and administrative tasks related to events
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years of HR Generalist experience
Demonstrates strong HR operations, stakeholder management, documentation, and organisational skills
Is proactive, discreet, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Can manage multiple HR priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Nice to have:
Experience using QuickHR or similar HRIS.
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
Experience working in SMEs or fast-growing businesses.
