Senior / Officer (HR Technology & Continuous Improvement)

Position Overview

The candidate will support the Senior Manager/Assistant Manager HR (Technology and Continuous Improvement) in all HRIS related work and ensure that all activities are completed timely and accurately while working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous operational improvements.

The role includes providing support for some HR modules and third-party systems, addressing first- and second-level staff queries related to system functionalities and conducting simple user acceptance testing to verify that the system aligns with business rules and logic.

The role also supports the maintenance of IT assets within the HR Division and ensuring proper documentation is kept for audit purposes.

Example of systems support includes SuccessFactors, Concur, Staff Travel, Uniform, SIA Initiatives etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems and other third-party systems and handle staff queries on system-related issues
• Support user acceptance testing to ensure proper implementation of business rules and system logic when required
• Handle first- and second-level staff queries on system-related issues and ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues
• Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices
• Log tickets and follow up with consultants and stakeholders for timely resolution of issues raised, ensuring SLA is met
• Prepare SOPS and training manuals
• Maintain IT assets for HR Division and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
• Support department budgeting and audit requirements and oversee other HR functions assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Sciences or related qualification with at least 2-3 years of experience in SAP SF modules/SAP HCM
• Ability to handle data and report with high accuracy
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
• Self-driven, resilient with a growth mindset
