POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Human Resources and Workplace Solutions, the Senior Regional HR Manager, Performance & Rewards will work with the Regional HR team in partnering with the business to drive the People Strategy in the company over 13 geographical locations in APAC. (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea).
As the Subject Matter Expert, the incumbent must be experienced in running the Performance and Total Rewards portfolio, which also includes leading the design and implementation of the Total Rewards programs across the region.
