Senior Manager (Talent Attraction, Development & Awards)

Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic talent attraction initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and build sustainable talent pipelines for critical healthcare professions.

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.
• Design and implement progressive talent attraction strategies, recruitment policies, and hiring processes to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and HR teams to identify workforce needs and develop innovative recruitment initiatives that expand talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver effective and sustainable staffing solutions.
• Analyse recruitment performance and provide regular insights and data-driven reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Drive recruitment projects and initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Prior experience recruiting within the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
