Job Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through job portals and other channels
• Screen resumes and assess candidate's suitability for each position
• Conduct initial interviews and provide structured assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding new hires and managing contract documentation
• Support day-to-day team operations, including correspondence and scheduling
