Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and salary benchmarking
Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Support employee onboarding, engagement, and HR-related matters
Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
2–3 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Work Pass processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Resourceful, organised, and passionate about building great teams
