Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information accurately within internal systems and databases
• Create and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring stakeholders
• Prepare reports, documentation, and recruitment-related records
• Provide operational and administrative support to the team
• Assist with projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

📍 Location: Orchard
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
