Talent Acquisition Associate (IT)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define candidate requirements, and execute recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate engagement, job offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including stakeholder management and proposal preparation.
• Assist in strategic planning and project execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, leave administration, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline, mentorship will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
