Talent Acquisition Executive (Public Agency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional with experience in recruitment operations support and talent research.

Contract Duration: 9 months (extendable)
Salary: Up to $4,500/month

Responsibilities:

• Schedule recruitment interviews
• Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
• Administer reference checks
• Assist with security clearance for candidates
• Send rejection emails and track reasons for rejection
• Record staff referral cases
• Support onboarding and other duties assigned
• Research and identify local and overseas talent pool to build longlists for open and upcoming positions
• Support TA team with sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn Inmails etc.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other relevant field of study
• Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR administration is preferred
• Familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach methods
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external parties
• High attention to detail,particularly in administering reference checks, security clearance processes,and maintaining accurate records
