Job Descriptions:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Act as the key liaison between hiring managers/stakeholders and candidates to ensure alignment on role requirements and expectations
Specialize in engineering and technical roles, with strong understanding of relevant skills, qualifications, and hiring challenges
Maintain and update candidate databases
Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals)
Collaborate closely with client-side HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs
Provide timely and accurate recruitment reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards, pipeline updates, and hiring numbers
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of outcome
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency KPI setting
Must have knowledge on employment laws, fair hiring practices, and data privacy regulations
Proven track record in hiring for engineering or technical roles across various functions and levels
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with hiring managers and internal teams
Solid understanding of recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other related
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Highly organized and able to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
