Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, cold calling, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical and business requirements.

Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.

Manage contract and permanent hiring for a wide range of IT and technical roles.

Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws, recruitment policies, and hiring procedures.

Maintain an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and effective recruitment management.

Recruit for both legacy technologies (SAP, Mainframe) and emerging technologies such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and GCP.

Prepare recruitment reports, maintain ATS records, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

Possess 4 – 7 years of IT recruitment experience, including 3+ years in an IT search agency and contract staffing environment, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
