Talent Acquisition specialist (Manufacturing MNC) #HZO

Location: Gul Plant / One North (Must be ok to travel both sites)
Duration: 12m + 1m completion bonus
Salary: Up to $6K

Job Scope:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.
• Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• Min. 5-6 years relevant experience in TA/ Recruitment in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms.
