Talent Sourcer (Tech)

Period: 12 months
Salary: Up to $6500 per month
Location: Pasir Panjang - Mapletree Business City
Working hour: 830am - 6pm Mon-Fri

• Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for highly specialized tech roles, including but not limited to Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Cloud Architecture.
• Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth talent mapping exercises and gather market intelligence to understand talent landscapes, identify key organizations, and pinpoint emerging talent pools relevant to company strategic objectives.
• Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling outreach messages and engage potential candidates through various channels, building strong relationships and effectively communicating company's value proposition and mission.
• Pipeline Development: Proactively build and nurture robust talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future critical roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic priorities, translating these into effective sourcing plans.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools, and systems, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for company, promoting our unique culture, values (Agile, Bold, Collaborative), and the impact of working on projects that serve the public good.
