Technical Recruiter

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment — agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for software engineering roles (Java, Python, cloud, data, AI/ML)
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — required to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidates
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and Boolean search
• Familiarity with MOM regulations — EP, S Pass, work permit frameworks, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments
• Experience writing call summaries, candidate assessments, and shortlist presentations
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
