About the Role:

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play an active role in identifying, engaging, and securing talent for our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Identify and approach potential candidates through various sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against role requirements
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews understand staffing needs
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for successful candidates, including contract signing
• Support the team with scheduling, communications, and operational administration
