This is a temp opportunity for someone who wants to be at the centre of the hiring process — supporting a dynamic recruitment function and gaining hands-on experience in how organisations find and secure the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms and portals
• Screen incoming resumes and coordinate candidate shortlisting with the recruitment team
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding documentation
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation collection and orientation coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records
