*Urgent* 6 Months HR Executive (MNC) - (up to $3600) #NJE

• Provide administrative support for HR activities (HR projects, M&A),including data collation, documentation tracking, and coordination of activities
• Support HR operational processes such as employee records management, onboarding/offboarding administration, and HR documentation updates
• Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and logistics for HR initiatives and projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
• Review & Benchmark: Audit current HR policies against local labor laws and identify updates required.
