Job Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the entire spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, report preparation, and liaising with government bodies.
- Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation processes for foreign work passes and respond to surveys from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, pre-screening applicants, and arranging interviews.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends, research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic advice to management and functional leaders on HR-related matters.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal process.
- Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with best practices to support business objectives and growth.
- Create and implement a learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Provide administrative support to the receptionist and offer backup support to the receptionist when assisting other departments and stakeholders.
- Provide regional support to group entities.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management and leadership roles.
- Possess Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) certification (advantageous).
- Have a good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Exhibit high levels of organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with integrity, requiring minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.
- Be resourceful, independent, and meticulous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Have strong analytical skills and a positive attitude towards taking on challenges and responsibilities.
