[URGENT] Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Prepare and submit CPF, IRAS, and other statutory payroll requirements.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Candidate with experience in using Sage EasyPay software will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation, CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
