Job Description
· Process the full monthly payroll cycle for approximately 500 employees accurately and on time.
· Process payroll-related changes, including new hires, salary adjustments, resignations, and final salary payments.
· Prepare and submit statutory payments and claims, including CPF, FWL, IR21, IR8A, NS claims, and government-paid leave claims.
· Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll records with Finance.
· Maintain the HRIS, attendance and leave management system to ensure accurate payroll processing.
· Ensure payroll complies with company policies and Singapore statutory requirements.
· Prepare payroll-related reports, management reports, and information required for audits and regulatory submissions.
· Support HRIS/payroll system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
· Respond to employee payroll enquiries and perform other HR and payroll-related duties as assigned.
Requirement
· Possess Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).
· Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll.
· Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
· Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good knowledge on employment legislations and tax regulations.
· Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative, team player with positive working attitude.
· Knowledge of Times Software and E-Cirtrix will be an added advantage.
